How it works

How PaySec works for UAE business deals

See how PaySec works from the digital agreement to the bank's payment after buyer confirmation.

Connect the agreement with payment

A buyer wants the agreed work completed before the supplier is paid. A supplier wants the funds in place for the deal. PaySec gives both parties a common process.

UAE businesses agree the scope and payment terms through a digital contract. The buyer transfers the agreed funds to the bank. The bank holds the funds while the seller completes the work.

From agreement to payment

  1. Agree.

Both parties agree the deal, the amount and any payment milestones through PaySec.

  2. Fund.

The buyer transfers the agreed funds from their existing bank account to the bank. The bank holds the funds.

  3. Deliver.

The seller completes the agreed work. The buyer confirms completion through PaySec.

  4. Get paid.

PaySec sends the release instruction to the bank. The bank releases payment to the seller's existing bank account under the agreed terms.

Example of an IT installation in Dubai

A Dubai business agrees an AED 60,000 network installation with an IT provider. The buyer transfers the agreed funds to the bank. The bank holds those funds while the provider completes the installation.

The buyer confirms completion through PaySec. PaySec sends the release instruction, and the bank pays the provider under the agreed terms. Milestone payments can follow separate stages agreed by both parties.

A common reference for both parties

The digital contract identifies the work and the related payment. The buyer and seller can refer to the same agreed terms. Business payment records connect that agreement with delivery evidence and completion confirmation.

The explanation of funds held by a bank covers who holds the money and which accounts the parties use.
