Why PaySec exists
A buyer wants the promised work before paying. A seller wants payment secured before committing time or goods. A deal can stop when neither side is comfortable going first.
PaySec connects those commitments through an agreed process. Both parties accept a digital contract defining the work and delivery conditions. The customer payment is secured in a bank.
How the process works
The seller completes the agreed work and submits the agreed proof. The buyer confirms completion through PaySec. PaySec sends the release instruction, and the bank pays the seller under the agreed terms.
Every deal keeps a record of who agreed what and when.
Example of a Dubai business engagement
A Dubai business agrees an AED 20,000 consulting project. The contract defines the report, the evidence of completion and the payment conditions. Both sides use those terms when reviewing the finished work.
The overview explains how PaySec works for an agreed business deal.
What we stand for
The agreement should be understandable before either party commits. Evidence should match the promised work. Payment decisions should refer to the terms both sides accepted.
PaySec serves business buyers and sellers, including licensed freelancers with a UAE freelance permit. PaySec is a technology platform, not a bank. Buyers and sellers pay from and receive into their own existing bank accounts.
